This is Surely NOT by any means a Mental Health consultation nor a substitute for one. 

You will be able to speak freely within the allotted time frame and feel safe doing so as No Judgement will be made and no opinion expressed other than what is deemed necessary with the information provided.

The time allotment is 45 minutes total from the Agreed upon Scheduled time slot.
